Round tables bring guests together, with a central aisle and room for catering and a welcome area.
Illustrative arrangements based on the supplied 120′ × 55′ floor plan. Furniture, staging, and catering areas show possibilities, not included rentals. Final setup, aircraft placement, clearances, and guest count are confirmed with your event team.

How many guests can we host?
The hangar accommodates 100–120 guests indoors, with space for an additional 100 outside the hangar doors. Share your guest count and setup so we can talk through the best fit.
What comes with the rental?
The venue space, parking, two to three aircraft on display, four private restrooms, and a 100-inch TV for presentations or event content.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Bring your preferred caterer and event staff to create the experience you have in mind.
Can we book a full day or an evening?
Both are available. Let us know your preferred date and whether you’re planning a full-day or evening event.
